Default Hit first Goal Yesterday

My number one goal was to put on and zip the pants and shirt I was wearing the day I met my husband 13 years ago. It has been that long since I put them on.

I decided yesterday to just see how much closer I was to zipping them up. Well they went on smoothly and I zipped them up. Then I put on the shirt and it fit as well. They are size 14 and the night i met my husband I had to lay on the bed the zip them up. Yesterday I stood and zipped them up.

#2 Goal I a pair of lucky Jean I recently bought at cost co for an unbelievable price of 35 bucks. All the women at my work wear them and I was trying to thinks of way to motivate myself at the half way down point so I bought them. They are size 10. I'll let you know when I get to goal number 2.

I may put the #1 goals on and have my husband take by picture to post. We shall see.

Yippppppiiiiiieeeee Goal #1

Wow Barbara! That is so awesome! What a wonderful feeling that must be! I wish now I had kept some of my smaller clothes! I threw everything out a few years ago when I moved. The only thing I have is an outfit my Father saved for me, and it's a size 3! Can't wait to hear you fit in those Lucky jeans! Congrats girl!

Great feeling huh barb? I think I could wear a size 3 today. My 4's are loose now. I haven't ever seen anything smaller than a 4. LOL, is that because I don't look? I tried on a size 4 bathing suit the other day, and it fit, however I didnt like the way my skin laid over the arms, too much residual boob I guess. I like the way size 8 fits me now, I can wear the pleated britches and my pannus is hidden very well. I just cannot muster up an appetite.

I think you are buliding muscle Barb. I think you are toning and trimming, for me I walked and danced for a few months, until my body was over the shock of great relief and my shortness of breath returned, but still from being chair bound to working and living a full life, is still exercise for me, how funny, just living life is exercise for me.

Keep up the good work and kind words Barb. Love you.

Barbara,

That is so wonderful!! I know that is just the greatest feeling. I had saved a bunch of my small clothes, and already some of the shirts that wouldn't fit before are too big! I love it!! I still can't wait to get into some real jeans, tho.

Awesome Girl! I know just how you feel. I hope you never come down from the natural high an accomplishment like that give you! You'll be in that size 10 before you know it. I can't wait to hear when you do.

Hey my little pod mate!!!

Congrat's!!!

I have recently bought size 14's and can actually wear them with out being too tight!!!

Lucky you to have Lucky jeans! They are my personal goal also, guess I need to go to Costco and find myself a pair!!

What sizes do they come in, I want to work my way into a 12!! Not sure I can be thinner than that as I was a 14 in high school at 140# easy to remember!! I think sizes are a little different than back then also.

Congratulations!

I have varying sizes of "skinnier" clothes I'd like to get into, but my first goal will be to get below 300 lbs (forever).
