Default 4 week anniversary

Hello Girls !!!
Well today I celebrate 4 weeks on the other side. That nasty thing in the bathroom that I used to hate says that I've lost 43 pounds. Now I think I love that adorable scale!! It hasn't been a bowl of cherries but I think I've weathered the storm. My wife has been a great help, she had hers in Jan and is doing very well. (275/191/150) I"ve read about Bridget's picnic and I want to see if anyone in the North County Coastal area would like to get together at a park and share a couple small meals together, haha.
I'm looking forward to the 6 week mark so I can start trying some regular food. I'm definately tired of this soft stuff. Any suggestions with a good starter menu when the 6 weeks is up??
I loved the lists you girls put out on the accomplishments. I can relate to most. I can now see my ankles and I now have a neck. I'm so excited about life!!!

Talking Very Cool

Jim,
I am very happy for you! I used to hate my scale too. Now I have learned that I only get on it once a week and it looks much better. Congratulations and keep up the good work.

Default Thanks !!

I read the posts in this forum every day and all that is said is very helpful. I really appreciate the effort all of you put in to be helpful to others. So...thanks for the nice notes and making me feel good about the journey I started. By the way, another couple of pounds left the area. 45 so far and walking 2 miles a day. Bye
