Unhappy Dump on a Lean Cusine?

These past two days I feel ill about 5 minutes after I eat. I get very hot, sweaty, shaky, dizzy, headache, and my heart goes fast, and I have to lay down or sit with my head down on my desk. This was the same reaction I got when I took NyQuil, so I thought it was a dump. I have never really had one of those full blown dumps that people on here talk about, it's just like I mentioned above. Now, this has only happened twice...once yesterday, and once today. The culprit...half of a Mac & Cheese Lean Cuisine. I had been eating them many times before this started happening, but now I can't do them anymore. What would be the cause of it? Too many carbs at one time? Is this, in fact, a dump?

It is a dump!!! Why I don't know someone else will advise you on that though!!!

I thought we were not supposed to have pastas after surgery cause they fill you up without being nutritious??? Just asking NOT judging ok!!!

lol I know My nut said that I can as long as I get in my protein throughout the day and as long as I'm not getting in too many calories.

I get that reaction when I eat to many carbs. I have had a full blown dump and that is how it starts for me. Usually my heart starts to race and that is how I know it is coming, so now 5 months out it gives me a little warning to stop or deal with the consquence! I choose to stop, full blown dumps are worse then anything!!!!

Lots of carbs, very little protein. Yep...that's a dump. Still happens to me if I'm not careful. If I'm going to have some carbs, especially fast, crappy ones like pasta, I have to include a protein source as well. So, throw some nutritious weenies in with your mac, girl.

Sounds like a dump to me. I had pasta the other night and mostly ate meatsauce and still dumped.

I went through the same thing. One minute I had no problem and the next I would dump. 4 years later, I am still doing the same thing. Some days I can eat almost everything and other days, I just can't take it.

Yup my little sweetikins. Sounds like a dump. Pasta does it to me everytime. I'll bet the cheese in that even has some kind of starch or sugar too.
