WOW MOMENT! Had to share this with ya'll !
Ok first just want to say HI to u all! I've missed u guys so much over the last week! I finally got a job, so I've been working.
Now here are my WOW moments!
First, night before last, my dgt, went to give me a hug goodnight, and guess what?!?! Her hand wrapped all they way around me, and she could clasp her hands together!! Let me tell u I had to hold back the tears! Then yesterday I weighed myself for the first time in about 2 1/2 weeks.... the scale read drumroll please!!! 265 POUNDS!! OMG!!! I lost 67 pounds! Gone forever!! Praise Jah! I just had to share that with my TT family! Thank u all for the support!

Don't you love those moments...I loved when my son said, "hey mom, I can reach all the way aound you!" It was also a startling realization the night I crossed my knees for the first time...

Awesome!
That is wonderful! I can't wait for moments like that. I've lost 20 lbs. since surgery and today my husband said my jeans looked baggy in the back. That's as close to a wow moment as I have for now, works for me. Congrats also on getting a job.

Thanks guys! It definitely feels greaaaaaaaaat !
Oh and Suzie, that is definitely a WOW moment! U go girl, 20 lbs is a lot, when's the last time we all lost 20lbs so quickly! And remember, by God's grace you'll never see that 20 again! So congrats lady!
Oh one more quick thing, the other day I had to carry my 60 lb, 4 ft 5 inch dgt, up the stairs of my apt on my back! Let me tell u sometimes it takes us picking up something or someone in this case, that weighs how much we've lost to realize how much we actually lost. I took her up the stairs and was like OMG, this is what I have been carrying around on my back, literally? I was slowly killing myself! This surgery is the best thing I've ever done for myself! I'm sorry I know I'm rambling, but I am so happy! Jehovah is so good!
