Default Fried Foods

I occasionaly have some fried chicken or a couple of fries. I can honestly tell you I can eat the stuff. I don't do it very often just on occasion, it's just not a healthy habit to get into.

I'm like the others, fried foods are ok for a few bites, but go over the 5 - 6 bites and be prepared This is a "good" thing to keep me loosing!

Everything in moderation, how many times have we all heard that. Well now it still true and eaisier for use to live by.
