70 lbs is awesome!

I think everyone plateaus from time to time. Switch up your food intake, and it'll probably help. Google the 5 day pouch test.

Regarding the hair....I'm having the same problem, and it sucks. I have PCOS and the front of my hair was already thin before surgery. It started falling out about 6 weeks ago, and now it's pitiful looking. I have visible bare spots, no matter how I style it. It seems it's slowed down in the last week or so. Now, I'm only losing a 1/2 handful daily, instead of a whole handful. The lady who cuts my hair is a genius, and she does cut it in the most flattering way to somewhat hide the problem.

Just remember, it WILL grow back. The RN at my surgeon's office told me to bump up my protein intake. I'm seriously thinking about getting a wig, as I'm very embarrassed by the whole situation.

So, take comfort in the fact that you're not the only one out there with this problem.

Oh, and if you're weak and tired all of the time....when was the last time you had your blood checked? You're probably low on iron, potassium, or B-12. Get it checked soon.

Mina its great to "see" you again you've been missed. 70 pounds is wonderful! and try not to worry too much about the hair loss, it really will stop eventually. and maybe try your best to up that fluid intake to 80oz or more it really does help in the weight loss and i agree with sherry up that protein intake as well.
