Default I Hope This Question Is Not Dumb......

we can still get the stomach flu or stomach aches right? I am feeling horrible: achey, tires, headache, and my stomach is killing me!! like the flu (I hope)
I dont think it is anything wrong with my surgery or anything because of my other symptoms.
I'm just sick, right?

which stomach has the flu???

Hi, You can still get those things as they are viruses. BUT you can also have an intestinal blockage which will cause the same sorts of symptons. You should see your doctor ASAP.

i would just keep an eye on the symptoms. I just had the 24 hour stomach / intestinal flu. I didnt see the doc because i knew those symptoms and thankfully was ok the next day. Diarreah that was WAY not stopping and flu feelings achy, whiney, tired lack of appetite. I hope you feel better tomorrow

thanks for your responses.

any other responses out there? I am having a hard time deciding whether to wait it out or call him.......

is a headache a side effect of intestinal blockage?

this is the first time I have had diarrhea since my surgery over 3 months ago.

oh dear.. I'm worried.

My doc says that if I'm in doubt to call. If it were me I would.

Calling sounds like good advise and also will give you a little comfort too.
