Post Hi everyone. I have my big day on Oct 2nd

I was just curious. How much weight did you lose the first month. I'm so excited. It's like getting a new life and my son will get a better mohter. Thank you.

I could tell you but it wouldn't mean anything. EVERYONE loses at a different pace. There are so many factors. I think I lost around 30lbs but you could lose a lot more or less than that.

First off congrats on a date and dont be nervous.
Like everyone is saying we are all different. I lost about 40 the first month. Around 25 the second month and in the last month I have lost just at 18. Over all I am about 90 lbs down. I just had my gall bladder removed cuz I lost so much weight so fast. After your surgery just make sure your getting your vitamins in and you will do great. Dont rush the diet. Stick with what your nutritionist tells you. That is very important.
Good Luck
