How soon were you able to eat:

Beef Jerky

I have no trouble with ground beef at 3 mo. out. Salad was fine at 6 wks. I haven't tried beef jerky yet since I have a lot of trouble with roast beef and steak. Don't forget we are all very different when it comes to what we can tolerate.
