I thought that was ridiculous. Anyway, I don't want to spend a lot of money on a gymn but really want to join one. I was thinking about joining Women's fitness World in El Cajon. Does anyone know of a cheap gymn in El Cajon Lakeside area. If you do know of one, could you share the amount of monthly dues you pay.
I go to 24 hour fitness. Right now they are having a sale. I don't remeber the price. I think it's half off or something. I pay $36.00 a month for an all clubs membership. That means I can anywhere there is a 24 hour fitness even if it's in another state. They have all kinds of machines, and the monthly fees include classes if you want to take them. I know there's a club in Santee I've been there it's nice. There's also one in El Cajon, and one in Rancho San Diego.

My boyfriend and I are going to be in the Atlanta area so let me know. Good luck with everything.

Hey! When I'm at home I'm in waaay North Georgia, like at the North Carolina/Tennessee line. But when I'm at school I'm an hour south of there at Reinhardt College.

Oh yeah... If you need a good real estate agent I know where to find one! My dad owns RE'/MAX in our town and has been doing real estate for 15 years!

We dont have a Y in our town, we dont really have a whole lot of anything... we have 2 places to workout, the actual gym, and curves, and thats it. We have a rec park but the trail there is soooo hilly, and I'm just not ready for those yet! haha Sometimes it really sucks to live in such a small town... its gorgeous here, but gah its boring!!

I think I can do that. Sounds good, although 45 minutes might kill me. LOL

Red face working out after surgery

I am 2 weeks out from surgery and would like to go work out. I belong to Curves and also to a 24 hour fitness club. What should I be doing at this point? I am confused because I do not want to injure anything with my surgery. I know that if I exercise the weight will also come off and I will tone. I would love to hear what others and are doing and any info on when is to soon?

Thanks,
Vicki

Default Get A Trainer!!!

I am so in love with my trainer. I know they can be expensive, but look at how much money your saving on food, especially junk food!!!!

If any one is interested, Joe, works out of the LA fitness in Vista and he is very good. He has a degree in excersize science and he is also a Marine so he can be tough.

I tease him that we have a love hate relationship, he loves to push me and I hate him!!! Not true!

I think even though my weight is still over 200, the work outs have me slimmer and tighter than I was much younger at this weight. (so my hubby tells me) I wear a large shirt and I am almost into 14 jeans. OMG!!!

Anyway, if any one is interested in the details, cost or what ever, let me know.

To me it is worth the investment!!

Rain
