Any updates on how Bill is doing? Did they ever get a diagnosis? I hope things are well and that you two had a wonderful Aniversary. Keep us posted!

Default update

Hello Everyone,
A little update on how I am doing. They "think" it was kidney stones. All symptoms point to that. I have been home for almost a week things are getting better. I am taking my vitamins now and doing most of what I am supposed to do. I am eating more but it is hard. The nausea has pretty much passed and I am getting around better. My better half has been getting on me and keeping me in line. She is the best. Our anniversary didnt go as planned but we did get to take in a movie and an evening together. I actually ate some theater popcorn(yum). But in closing it is getting better each day.
thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

Default Bill!

So good to hear that things are getting better for you. I'm glad to hear that Nurse Irela is taking such good care of you by getting on your case about things you should be doing!

I am glad you are home and doing well. Listen to Irela, you are very lucky to have her there helping you with your new"tool". If you have quetions, she has most answers and that is something not all of us have! Be well my

Talking Thank you all!

You are all so sweet! I miss you guys! Yes...I am getting on Bill's butt about everything he should be doing but at times is still not. My biggest nag right now is the actigall. I told him that as bad as the kidney stone hurt, if he doesn't take the actigall, he is playing with fire in that he can develop those gall stones and feel a bad pain again and then they'll have to open him up...again! Can you believe he's lost 60 pounds already?

I will keep him on track as he does with me, believe it or not. He is my BIGGEST supporter throughout this whole process and life-changing procedure.

Thanks to you all for your prayers and wonderful wishes and thoughts.

Although our anniversary didn't go as planned, there will be others to share. Like he said, we did get to go to a movie the Saturday before our anniversary. We actually went out on a date! That was something we haven't done in a LONG time! We haven't exchanged gifts yet. I have had mine since October!

Thanks again!
