Default Gatorade G2 sugar

I have a bottle 12 oz of G2 and it has 10 grams of sugar. I was wondering how far out I need to spread that so that I don't dump? I like the taste and I need the electrolytes. I am afraid to dump but I want to drink up.

I don't have an answer for you but I wonder if it would be okay to dilute it 50% with water.

everyone seems to have different triggers.. I don't dump on sugar that low... I've been able to drink a whole bottle of G2 no problem, just drinking it normally.

Laura, I think the only way you'll know for sure is to drink it.. but it's understandable that you'd be leary at this point. Good luck

I seem to go to the side of caution..... when it comes to sugar.... but I dont have a problem with G2 but it takes me a while to drink it ... so that could be why.... I think it passes through to quick for me to actually have a large amount of sugar in my systems at once...... You just have to try it and see....

I don't dump on sugar and never have (sadly, makes temptation even worse), everyone is different. Just try a few sips at first and see how you are. Your own body is your guide.

Default I Love G2

Yum, Yum, Yum. It kills my sweet tooth. It's low in calories and makes protein powder tolerable. I love the stuff. I've never dumped on it. It takes me hours to finish 32 oz''s though.
