Are or were you diabetic? Were taking any meds? I was having horrible headaches, that turned out to be medicine related. My blood sugar was dropping low and causing migraines. Once they took me off the meds, I was fine. I still have some low blood sugar issues, but without the diabetes meds I've not had any headaches. Call the doc...

Are you getting your water in? With it being summer I have to triple my water intake to prevent dehydration from being outside but then I am in Houston Tx. Not sure what the temps are in Pgh, but not having enough water can give anyone headaches.

My first two thoughts would be:

1. Dehydration - I know this well living in the desert.

2. As Mike alluded to, blood pressure. I went from high blood pressure to low blood pressure in a matter of weeks post-op.
