Default 72 pounds gone ... over halfway to goal.

Well I hoped my happy butt on the scale this morning .. and 228 BABEEEEEEEEEEE!.. I am super excited. I only have 58 more pounds to go.. I am over halfway there. I am hoping to be in Onederland by september 15th.. WOOHOO.. I have to say even though I have been through alot I would change this surgery for anything.. I feel so much better and I am so loving life. I will post some pics later.. I am in my fat clothes today and they do NOT fit at all....

OMG! I have wondered what happened to you. I remembered the football jersey girl that's all-- didnt know your name or anything but I remember the story about your soon to be ex and the possibility of divorce. I am all of that turned out the way you wanted it to.

You look AMAZING!!!! wow!! I am inspired

The diet most definitely works, and I am kind of thankful for it. I had my one year visit this morning and me and DR Olsen were talking about the variance in diets post op with different docs, and he said something that made a big impact with me. We give you the tool and of course the weight will come off the first couple of years, but once you stabalize if you have not developed those good eating habits then it was all for nothing. the weight will come right back on. Kind of makes sense now why they are so strict with their diet plan to me. Next time I am down that way we will definitely have to get together.

Hey we're almost the same! I had my surgery one day after you and have lost 71 lbs! I know exactly how you feel right now. I want to get to 150 maybe. We'll see. May change my mind when I get closer.
