Question Vitamin B-12

I have started my b12 tonight, but I realized that within 10 minutes of taking it, I'm like a rubber band ball full of energy. It's almost 1AM and I need to go bed but can't! I am guessing this is one of those morning pills! What time do you all take your b12?

Thats amazing-my surgeon didnt tell me to take it but I saw a lot of people here on it and have been taking it regularly. My energy is really good and I was wondering what to put it down to!!Is this a well known fact that it gives you energy?

I plan my monthly injection for when I want to deep clean the house...not on a lazy day.
