I take my B-12 pill twice a day, morning and bedtime. (My levels are low, that's why I have to take it more often.) I've never noticed a "high" from it...I guess I'm weird, lol.

I've just been taking double multivitamins, and no extra B12. Maybe I'll give it a shot, because I could really use the energy.

Thanks for the tip and info!

I take mine at night...haven't noticed an increase in energy level though...but sometimes I can't sleep. Maybe I'll try taking it in the mornings!

Guess Sherry & I are both "weird"...I don't get no stinkin' "high" either!

Add me to the weird bunch. I dont get anything out of it with the sublingual or the shots. I expected after my first shot to be off the wall, but it looks like only when I take vicoden or loratab do I get energy.

I only have to take it once a week -- my B12 levels were borderline at my appointment this week (according to blood work results). My nutritionist suggested a sublingual once a week. I guess I'll go do that and see how it affects me. I HOPE it gives me a boost because I'd love to get that bathroom floor scrubbed!

Well, that explains alot...Vicoden and Loratab knock me out for HOURS! I always react strangely/strongly to medication.

If it makes you feel any better...I take B-12 sublingual EVERYDAY and my bloodwork levels are above normal...and my bathroom floors are still NOT SCRUBBED! Argh...not fair...

I am strange, strange on medicine, if it is suppose to knock you out, I will be bouncing. After my gallbladder surgery, my pump was delivering every six minutes if I needed. So I would punch it about 5 times, and then be walking all over the place. After coming out of surgery about 330 pm, I never went back to sleep until about 230pm the next afternoon. The nurses were freaking out because I was just everywhere. After an hour or two they would make me lay down to not over do it. So I would just lay there flipping through channels till no end. But give me phenergen and toradol (non narcotic) and see ya, I am out for a few.
