Congrats on the loss!! 115 pounds is awesome!! I am 9 months out, only lost 92 pounds, and feeling the same things. I have tried to focus back on the proteins, remove the carbs, and keep walking. I have found I'm not working out as much as time goes on and find myself snacking more.

Snacking is one old demon that is often a visitor for me too. What I try and do is figure out, is it head hunger or stomach hunger. I also try to stay on the only eat 5 times a day track... this helps. I suggest try eating 5 small a day, 6 is okay too but I dont want to eat 6..... and if you must, snack on almonds. These things have helped me, I hope they can help y'all as well!

Congrats on the weightloss, were you over 300 pounds prior to WLS. Usually those who are lose very quickly in the beginning, alot faster than those less than 300, whatever the case, keep up the great work!!!
