Cool a prety WOW

Today I wore to church, a red spaggeti straps shirt, and has a second matching shirt, that only goes down halfway down my torso, ment to wrap around the front and tie on a knot, has some pretty beeds on it.
I purchased this about 4 or 5 years ago, did not fit, now it fits, and is not thight at all, felt good to put it on.

People kept coming to me and telling me how good I looked and how prety I looked on that red shirt. Now, prety is something I do not think of my self. In my mind I have always been fat and ugly. So I stoped by the ladies room and on the back of the door to exit to the hallway, there is a full size mirror. I stoped to retie the knot on my blouse because I have no full size mirror at home, this was the perfect oportunity to make it look right. When I looked at my self on that mirror, I did not see the rolls above my stomach like I used to. My stomach is sunken inwards and the blouse flowed down so nicely. My skin has lost some of the blotchiness that it had formed and my hair looked good, and I am so glad no one else was in there because I stood in unbelief and stared at my self in the mirror and almost cried. I see why everyone kept comenting, I can't believe that was me. I can't wait to loose yet more weight, I can't wait to live the rest of my life where I should have been all along. It was a great day and even took myself shopping and got me 3 blouses that fit perfect and can't wait to wear them.

Thought I share, hope all of you are having great Wow's as well.

Hugs

Default Thank you for sharing...

Im so happy for you. I Know the exact moment you are describing. Today I took, of the hanger, a jean skirt I kept from pre-op days because my husband loved it and I put it on. I cried and laughed at the same time. My husband laughed then after a minute asked "are you crying" and I said yes. No one can explain, only experience, those moments. Congrats, from deep down in my soul, congrats and be excited because there is more to come...

Congrats on having an awesome wow moment. Someone else posted and I totally agree until you have experienced a moment like this no one truly understands that feeling inside.
