Good Morning!
I'm not so sure that you were stuck so much as maybe slightly dumping. IMO usually the sweating is a common side effect of dumping. Have you gone back and checked the sugar content of the jerky?
For me when I clogged it was like having the pain, but I start to get the foamies, the urge to throw up, and I can't get anything else in. I can't drink any thing as it just comes right back up. For me it usually takes several hours for what ever to get through or I heave until it dislodges. (Try not to throw up if possible and just bear with it if you can).
With dumping, I get a feeling of light headedness, dizzy almost flu like, sick to my stomach, sweats, heart racing and an overwhelming need to go lay down, and I get really tired.
If you are getting stuck, then make sure that you are concentrating while chewing, sometimes we have a tendency to fall back to the "wolf it down" and don't even realize it until it's too late. The only thing I can say about getting stuck (IMO), is that usually the farther out you get the less frequently it seems to happen. The last time I can remember being stuck was last year after revision when everything was all swollen from surgery. It took 2-3 weeks until I was back to normal, and I got stuck several times as it has been so long since I was at the stage you are at now. I had forgotten about the chew, chew, chew rule.
One more thing, if you do get stuck, you should go back to liquids for a day or two and let your pouch rest. To me it seems that once you have irritated it (your pouch), it maybe swells up a bit and it seems like everything gets stuck.
Good luck in figuring out just what really happened, and remember to concentrate while you are eatting, chew, chew, chew.
