Default Vitamins - Does it matter when?

I know this is probably already on the forum but I'm not finding it, so maybe someone can answer it again for me. I've been told to take 2 childrens chewable vitamins a day and I have the Sam's Club version of the Flinstones. Based on what I've read so far, I will be switching to a better choice but right now I have about another month and a half left of these so I'll go ahead and finish them. A couple of questions though

(1) Any difference if I take them both at the same time or should I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I really don't like the after taste so I've been popping them both at the same time so I don't have to experience it twice in a day.

(2) Any harm in taking them with a meal? Or are the more effective on an empty pouch (I almost typed stomach there )

Thanks for any responses

Lisa

Your body can only absorb so much at one time. For more complete absorption you really should break up the dose. You can take them with your meals though unless they have iron in them. Then you don't want to take them with dairy products.
