I am experiencing the same thing, though you are further out than I am. The first thing I do when I get up is take a sip of water to get things rolling. Like clockwork, I feel like there's pressure on my pouch. It's unconfortable, but not painful, mostly annoying. I found that if I sit with my feet and knees up, kind of sitting up, curled up in a ball on the couch or something, it makes my mornings a little more bearable and my pouch calms down quicker. I don't know why, you would think that would put MORE pressure on it, but it works for me so I'm rolling with it!

No breakfast for me in the mornings. Warm tea was the only thing I could do for the first couple months. Now I have a protein drink in the morning and wait for a few hours before having anything to eat. Good Luck.
