Talking 5 Months today!!!!!

Hey all!!! Today is my official 5 month mark. I began my journey at 240 pounds and today I am 179!!! My loss is slow, but I am kind of greatful so my skin MIGHT not be so loose. That of course remains to be seen. Anyway, I had to share with someone, so I picked you all!!!! I am very excited that I have made it this far and I am honored to have you guys for support. I take everyones advice and suggestions to heart. I couldn't have made it this far alone.

Thank you!

Tracy,
How fantastic!!! Now, you go to the grocery store, or a feed store somewhere, if they have those here, hey, come out to Lakeside, I KNOW we have one downtown, and you try to lift a 60 pound bag of feed and see how it feels!!!! You should be SO proud of yourself, you've accomplished something MAGnificent!!!
BRAVO girl!!!

Well done!!
