Default I'm back

Hey all, just a quick note to let you all know that I am back at work as of today! I had my staples and drain removed yesterday and am feeling much better. I had my first pain-med free day yesterday but have had to take something today because of my back.

I am looking forward to seeing folks tomorrow night at the E.C. support group at my house.

I feel bad because I have not been posting. I am kind of like a dog (yes, a bitch!!) when I am sick or hurt I tend to stick to myself and lick my wounds. I am back and now you will have trouble shutting me up.

I really missed you all a lot!

Big hugs!

Default Gotta toot that horn!!

Okay, I just had to post and let all my buddies know, I finally hit another goal, I have lost 151 lbs so far. The coolest thing is that I am 14.5 lbs from losing half my total body weight overall. It feels freakin fantastic and now when my zipper heals, I will be able to get back on track with my exercising.
