Unhappy Pouch Stretching?

Is 5 weeks to early to start stretching your pouch? I feel horrible today. I have done nothing but graze. Alot of it on stuff I shouldnt have like chips. I dont know why I did this today. I guess out of boredom. I dont want to stretch my pouch out before my wl journey really even begins.

Early out was difficult for me as well. You are still in the process of making all of those ohhhh so important lifestyle changes. You really need to just stick with the proteins. If you have to snack (which I don't recommend) then choose protein, cheese sticks are always good. Leave the chips alone!! At this point you will lose weight no matter what you are eating, but that doesn't mean that you should eat anything you can. Stick to the rules.

All that being said, it isn't easy. The first months were very difficult for me I have food mourning everyday. Still at 18 months out I have food mourning at times. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!

Do I really want to be normal?? Having some body issues. Don't want to be too thin.
