Thumbs down Body Chemistry Change?!

Alright ya'll we're family right?? Good!
I have a problem/question! I had surgery 2 wks ago today!! Yeah me! Ok, and I've had no complications, except BODY ODOR!!! Ahhhhh! Its driving me crazy! I don't smell dirty or anything, just as soon as I sweat at all its like I just came in from playing some serious street ball!! LOL! I have never had a body odor problem, in fact my natural odor is usually very pleasant! My guy is (was) always sniffing me! But now I feel kinda musty! I hate it! I'm taking a bath 3 times a day!
So tell me what's going on ya'll! Where's it coming from and will it ever go away?
Signed,
I'm too sexy for my smell! LOL!

Default Ketosis?

Maybe it has something to do with your body being in ketosis. If so, it will probably linger for at least the first 6 months.

Duuuude ...

Check this out Stinky ...

After surgery my mouth tasted like a garbage pail, ALL THE TIME! For the first 2 months I was brushing my teeth 8 times a day, and that was me holding back some. The last few months it has gotten a little better, but still nasty. I now brush 4 times a day (and I don't even EAT!). I think it has something to do with a distorted sense of smell/taste following this surgery. I'm willing to bet your body odor hasn't changed at all, it's your nose that's changed.

But I know it's still nasty ... I swear I still keep a toothbrush in my purse!

Holy crap! I thought I was crazy. My mouth is funky especially in the mornings. It grosses me out so bad I have to get out of bed to brush then I go back to sleep.
Nice to know I am not the only funky smelling one on here

It's the lack of carbs. Your body is in ketosis and the smell is fat dying. It's a good thing. Brush your teeth and tongue 4x a day and use deodorant, perfume, and lotion and it should keep your breath and skin from smelling quite as foul.
