what a positive inspiration that is! i'm almost 7months out and only lost 58 pounds so your smokin hot! thats great are you excersizing alot or is it just melting away

Right now i am not excercizing. I will be starting next week, I will be joining a gym.

Well Robert I will be 3 months out on the 21st as well. I am down 57 lbs. I almost said "ONLY" 57 lbs but I retracked that. I still can't beleive all this weight loss. Glad to meet a fellow podmate! Congratulations on your success.

You will love the gym after you get a regular routine started. I started going to the gym in Jan 08 and now have gotten to the point where I miss it if I dont go. I feel like a million bucks when I leave after a good workout. I have gotten to the point now that I can do a two hour workout and love it.

This is what I did today and most days;
60 Treadmill
30 elliptical trainer
30 bike

Some days I swim but after having my band removed I have not been back in pool yet. I have to heal a bit before that.

I hope you become a GYM RAT!!!
