Try the Diet Lipton White Tea Rasberry. It has no sugar and zero calories. It taists great. It is my favorite drink in the whole world. I even loved it back before the surgery or in the process of getting the surgery. Let me know what you think. (what can it hurt to try it?)

I drink a lot of coffee every day.. decaf only, sweetened with splenda. I also drink K20 Protein water- tea flavored, Crystal light, decaf tetley tea, G2 gatorade on occasion as well.

Caffeine causes problems for me.. my pouch gets achy when I have it.. just as well.. I sleep better now too.

DAILY! Some days it might be 20 oz. other days it's more like 40! Back in college, my 40oz wasn't coffee. What a change--being an adult and post-op--

Are you sure this flavor doesn't have caffeine in it? I bought a case of the Diet Lipton White Tea w/ Peach & Papaya...after I carefully read the label, I found out it had caffeine in it. Bummer.
