I was neither hyper nor hypo, but I really notice that when I have used up all the fuel in my body, I lose coherence pretty quickly after. It's a lot like what some of my diabetic friends speak of when their blood sugars are too low. A weird feeling of 'not being there', dizziness, lightheadedness. The longer I try to ignore it, the worse it gets, until someone notices and shoves food on me. Since I figured out what was happening, I have incorporated it into the New Signs That I Need To Eat, and it's much better. Doesn't mean I don't miss it every now and again, but I still am learning the new language of Body Fuel. Ex, do not wait for 'tummy growls.' Will not happen. 'Desire to Eat'. Nope. Sudden or increased degree of tiredness--yep! Need fuel in the engine! Lost or diminished feeling of being there ('watching the show on TV' feeling)--def a sign of needing fuel! Not being able to make a decision if my life depended on it--EAT!
What other signs have I missed?
