I eat Kashi Go Lean cereal for breakfast every single day. I love it and it loves me. Eggs don't agree with me right now, even though I could eat them a few weeks out of surgery. Anything bread-like (pancakes, waffles, etc) I can eat a bit or two but, it doesn't sit well and doesn't give me the protein I need. So I just stick with my standby Kashi Go Lean. I keep thinking I will get tired of it eventually but, I haven't yet.

I've only had one slight dumping episode. I don't think I dump. I asked my surgeon about it and he said that only about 30% of his patients dump. That surprised me.
You are very lucky Linda. Dumping is no fun and really not very good for your health. We already don't absorb well and to have everything just leave your body in such a hurry can't be good for our health! I also eat Kashi for breakfast, but haven't tried it mixed with yoghurt before. I won't try it again for a while. Yoghurt alone is fine so I'll just have it with my Torani s.f. vanilla syrup and be happy with that!
