Default Alaska Cruise and eating

Ok I am a little freaked out!!!! This saturday my husband and I are going on a Alaska cruise and I am freaked out about all the food I have heard that will be on the cruise. I have never been on a cruise so I don't know what to expect. But all I have ever heard about cruises was the food.....

I am almost 4 months out and I sooooo don't want to get in trouble pouch wise on cruise. Does anyone have any helpful hints or suggestions or prayers of support that they can offer me.

I am exicted about the gymn on the cruise and walking around the deck and the on shore activities like salmon fishing. ( I love to fish) and I love to eat fish. I am also exicted about sitting in an airplane seat without my butt taking two seats. (very excited and being smaller on the plane).

But still just worried about the whole food thing.

Default cruise

Actually the cruise fits perfect with your eating habits. you can eat anytime you want and have as little as you want to eat. you will have to be careful not to overeat. but the food is wonderful. I went on a cruise years ago. Just be careful and have fun. The cruise is not just about eating.

Default BarbaraJo,

Carol went on a cruise, she may have some words of advice.

Sounds like you have some good ideas on what to do, with gym, on shore activities, etc. I'll have you in my prayers!

Have a wonderful trip. I want details when you get back.

Thumbs up Cruise and Choose

Barbara:

Bill hit the nail on the head. You can choose whatever you want to eat. Just make up your mind that you will continue to eat healthy. Don't stress, just CHOOSE to do well. It's not all about the food...it's the FUN!

Have a great time!

Remember, you do not have to sample EVERYTHING..... (My problem) you can be selective and dainty ........
