Default Stomach bloated? air? hard? press?

Ok I am so lost here as I have been searching, this is whats going on
Last month I was fine, NOW with NO diet change, everything the same in life I have the following:
1. bloating in lower stomach
2. not getting full
3. stomach so full of air or bloating, i can push so hard on my lower stomach and feel the air, and it does not give me pain at all, is hard air I can push like 2 in in towards
4. I feel like since this, yes my clothes fit fine i have gained a few pds consitapaited to upped my fiber, and still my stomach looks odd. I sit down and there is this blob of air fat hanging over jeans and on side bones, NOT normal from last month.
anyone else having this problem? stressing me out so bad

I don't have that problem and I'm unsure what may be going on. It really could be several things. But if you are concerned you should call your bariatric surgeon and get in to see him. There is no way of knowing what is going on or if there is need for concern without seeing a doctor.
