Default I got off-track which is probably why

I haven't been posting here.

I wasn't eating more than 1000 calories - I monitor them carefully, but I WAS eating a lot of the wrong things.

I'm back on track now. I didn't do THAT poorly I suppose. I kept up with my mushy vegetables, and VERY minimum sweets (3 cookies in 2 months time). But I did eat more carbs than I should and just generally things with not much nutrition.

Anyhow! I'm back. And with renewed focus. It's hot and time to sweat. :-D
