And thanks to everyone for the warm wishes and support!

I'm so glad my family urged me to make that call and get the help that I needed. I'm a definite advocate for those stubborn mules like myself out there.

Yesterday when out shopping with my mom and sister, we stopped off at Boston Market for lunch. I got a turkey dinner with gravy and mashed potatoes and green beans. Giiiiirrrrllll.. MMMMM. I chew chew and chew some more until its practically just dissolved into my mouth before I swallow. I still can only eat in small amounts (I've eaten off the turkey plate 3 times now and still have about 2 more servings left on it). I'm just trying to concentrate on the protein and treating with a small bite or 2 of the veggies or fruits which tend to cleanse the palate and help rid of the yucky ketosis tongue/taste/breath more than the protein does.

Do you have your 1 month follow-up this week? I see him tomorrow afternoon and hope for a good reporting all in all
oh shoot, I am supposed to go tomorrow...I'll have to reschedule, I have a job interview at 3
