Talking 2 months to the day and I am in ONEderland!

I MADE IT I MADE IT! I weigh in everyday (yes i know I am a scale ho) and I usually only take Monday's weight as the one for the week... BUT i weighed in today at 197! OMG I cant believe it! Only 40-50 more pounds to goal ( I would be happy at 145)! Just had to share! WOOHOO!

Congrats Amity! Isn't it crazy to see that number under 200? It is just so exciting and it will continue to get even more satisfying knocking that number down even more. Good luck to you getting towards your end goal!

My nutritional day consists of usually 5 small meals-- my pouch says I have to eat at least 4-5 times a day depending on when I wake up. Weekends are my 4 meal days usually.

Pouchy is also very very pissy when it comes to certain foods. Chicken is a big no no regardless of if it was in a soup or whatever, low-sugar PB and sugar free jams as well as any bread products are also bad things. Eggs are another thing it doesnt like. I am too scared to try a lot of new things with my pouch due to its picky-ness-- I have vomited way too many times to test the waters anymore so to speak( even with me chewing every single solitary bite a minimum of 35 times, and yes I count every single chew at every meal -- its habit now).

I average 84-100 ounces of water a day most of the time more. My main stays as far as food are cheese and deli meats( gotta love Boars Head brand which provides a book with nutritional breakdown of all their meats and cheeses) which honestly I am sick to death of. I do have an occasional snack of popcorn a couple of times a week.

My breakfast (730am) is usually cheese (1 oz) and deli meat (turkey or chicken sliced as thin as the deli can slice it).

mid morning snack (10 am)is more cheese (1.5 oz) usually no meat

lunch (12 noon)is usually more cheese (1 oz) and deli meat, sometimes shrimp cocktail (4 shrimp) with a tad of sauce when I have the funds. Ohh yeah boiled crawfish is good right now too.

Mid afternoon snack (around 34pm) is usually mushrooms stuffed with cheese and broiled in the oven. very tasty ( waiting on these as I type actually)

Supper (6:30-7pm) usually a small portion of pork chops (broiled) or broiled/grilled fish or beef ( usually the protein source the kids and DH are having).

there is at least one protein drink a day but it varies when i have it. My doctor prefers that I be getting 90% of my protein from my foods.

exercise wise here ya go:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 6 miles on my bike (usually broken into 2 sessions - one early morning and one late evening

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays: 90 min on the treadmill and weights focusing mainly on my arms right now.

Hmm I believe that is about it.
