Default Help! Chewable vitamin stuck

I don't think I chewed by chewable vitamin enough.

Now I have this pain in my chest. I started burping and thought I needed to throw up. I did throw up a little bit and the pain stopped for about 3 minutes.

Now it's back again and I'm burping again.

I know chew...chew...chew

But, Now what?

hI... I hope by now the pain has passed --- I know the feeling oh-so-well!

I'm so paranoid when dining out --- not wanting to experience this in "public!" Consider it your pouch telling you who's boss. It'll be one of those lessons you learn along the way that'll help you succeed.

Feel better!!! Sorry I have no miracle cure for you other than "riding" it out!

Default Hot liquid

Slowly sip lots of hot liquid and help it dissolve.
You'll still feel the hurt even after it dissolves completely, but should be gone by tomorrow.

I threw up three more times (TMI) and finally went to bed crying.

Now I'm up and *still* burping. The pain is mostly gone, but I'm afraid it's still there. It feels uncomfortable, but not painful. I heard "digestive" sounds in my throat all night long and had trouble sleeping, waking myself up burping.

How do I know when it's safe to drink something ... or heaven forbid, take another dang vitamin?

Now I'm paranoid and a wee bit scared.

My DH asked why I was crying when I went to bed (after watching me puke 4 times!... puh-lease!) and I told him because I felt like such an idiot. I felt this bad and it's all my own fault. That just stinks!
