awwww, I'm so glad we are podmates!! It took me more than a year to do it but I finally got there. I honestly was beginning to think it wouldn't happen. Thanks for sharing this journey with me, Lisa. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better podmate.

To the rest of you....thank you for sharing in my joy. It's been quite the ride and the last month has been a rough one for me. This part of it has come to an end for me but I feel that this honestly is a journey that will never truly end. Life is such a precious gift and that is the journey I really am on and I'm loving every minute of it...every tear, every pain (yeah even the pain from my gallbladder ) every laugh, every single struggle and joy...they all remind me daily that its just a blessing to be alive.

oh beth. I've been rooting for you for so long. I knew you were going to make it. Your attitude and perseverance(sp?). Always told me you'd make it regardless of what popped up in your way and you have.

You have my respect and admiration. Your a wonderful person and have done a wonderful thing. You should be proud of yourself and always take time to remember YOU DID IT!

It was solely up to you and YOU made it happen! You are awesome.

I was wondering why the goal bench was a little more crowded, turns out its cause you sat down on the other end. NICE!

oh John...thank you. After losing more than 170 pounds in a year I never thought it would take me over a year to get those last stubborn 10 pounds to come off....but yeah, I did it and I will never forget the fact that I did!! Thanks for making room for me on the goal bench!

Thank you everyone. I'm not sure what this gallbladder removal set off but I seem to still be losing here. I've been struggling for the past year to lose 10 silly pounds and now I drop those 10 pounds in a matter of just a few weeks. I'm not complaining but I sure don't understand this body of mine sometime. Hopefully though it will slow down here a bit. I'll be getting worried if I lose another 10 pounds here.

Thank you so much! I never knew there were so many wonderful people rooting me on. Guess you all yelled loud enough that this body of mine decided it was time to listen.
