Beth,
Thank you for giving so much of your self and your innermost feelings to others. Being a newbie, reading your posts has been more than enlightening. Sometimes I think you have been in my head and read my own thoughts. I don't have the ability to put my feelings in to words. Everything clams up inside and I feel like my chest is going to burst. Reading your poetry and posts have helped me begin to heal. I want the healing to continue. I think it can with the help of the TT forum. I went to Costco yesterday for the first time because Julie said there was a good snack there.
I have started tasting protein drinks and looking for chewable vitamins and calcium because that's what I have read on the forum. I still have questions and fears. I am gaining courage from everyone's experiences. I feel blessed.
