Default Incredible sense of power

Happy Goal Day - I know how it feels and there's nothing like it...you actually succeeded! Isn't that something to make you re-think a lot!

Get ready for the inside weight to be shed now!

awwww thanks everyone.....yeah, actually did get a wee bit choked up over this one today. I really was wondering if I would ever see that number. I gotta picture of it but silly pewter doesn't want to let me upload it off my camera.......but I got it on there to prove it! I'm gonna have to make a copy of it for my docs and the PA's....they honestly never thought I would get there and really kinda discouraged me for setting my goal that low. I proved them all wrong!!

Phoenix, I've been dropping that inside weight since before I even took the step to have the surgery. I know it is an on-going process; the internal and the external but it is a process I feel so very honored to be able to go through. It's a gift...all the work, it truly is a gift.
