What is really encouraging is, these are real meals.

there's a part of me that was starting to feel guilty that I could eat.
it's also good to know what foods are not making you dump.

i'm going to try upping the protien today and see how i go.

so far:

one cup of tea
one alpro soya yogurt.

Yesterday....

Breakfast:
1 w/w toast, 1 scrambled egg

Lunch:
2 w/w bread no crust, 1 oz cheese, turkey, tomato, 5 light lays chips

Dinner: chicken breast, zuchinni with tarly, tomato sauce, l/f cheese sprinkled on top, and mashed potatoes.
^^ Did not eat it all of course.

Snack: 3 oz Pina Colada

Total Calories: 1075

Keep in mind I'm banded with very little restriction and bread is a norm for breakfast and lunch in Europe, even for WLS patients.
