Default Just one of those days

I'm sure I'm not the only one to have had one of these, but today I just had kind of a "fat" day. I just didn't feel as good about myself as I have been, kind of like I felt about myself before the surgery. Maybe because it seems like I'm stalling every couple of days, for a couple days. I sometimes almost feel like I'm not going to get to my goal, even though I don't have an unrealistic goal by any means. So this is why I say I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm still trying to get all my protein and drink all my fluids, so hopefully Ill be able to just focus on that and forget the other stuff for now. And I havent really been able to excersise this week because of work, but at least work is very physical, so thats at least something. Thanks. Thats all.

It's been said many times before by more experienced people than me but here goes....STAY AWAY FROM THE SCALE FOR A WHILE! I know this has helped me keep from getting discouraged as my weight loss is very slow even though I've been doing everything asked of me. My doctor has demanded that I only weigh once a week IF I'm feeling like my clothes are looser than they were the week before (that way I have the loose clothing to keep me motivated even if the scale doesn't want to budge). I also agree that keeping up with the water intake can help...flush out the fat feelings. Good luck and keep your chin up.

60lbs and you're not even 3 months out. Girl, trust me, you are rockin' it! You will hit goal in no time and I bet you even go under goal
