Default Good workbooks on postop WLS?

I think I've seen a few mentioned and now I can't find the threads anymore. I'm looking for something that would cover more of the psychological aspect. Pretty much wanting something to read that explains all the different feelings felt, perhaps why we feel them, etc. My hormones have especially been racing recently and my brain is so fuzzy. Hoping a book might cover some of these things and let me work through them.

Any books to consider?

Try Amazon.com as well. Use the 'search' function ... they have quite a few to choose from and most let you read a few pages of the book so you can get a good idea of what it's really about.

Check out "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies." It covers pretty much everything I could think of. I got a lot out of it and will re-read it again soon.
