I'm not near as small as you, Katy, but I did the same thing last week after the clothing exchange in East County. I brought home four pairs of jeans (courtesy of beautiful Bridget!) and went to try them on the next day, and was immediately depressed when I saw how small they were!

I wasn't even going to try them on, but then I decided to torture myself a little bit more and stick a leg into them, just to prove to myself that they were too small. Well, they fit perfectly! It's only a change of a 28 to a 22, but it still is hard for my mind to wrap around yet.
I'm going to see my therapist this morning and I'll ask her if she has any suggestions for this kind of body dismorphic syndrome. I think it's pretty mild, and mostly is related to the fact that wls ensures that you lose weight at a very fast pace and our heads have trouble keeping up with our bodies.
Anyway, Congratulations on your success! Give yourself some much needed credit for what a fabulous job you've done!
