I suffered with strange leg cramps yesterday. What made them strange was that they would start in the arch of my foot (not strange) and then radiate to the fronts of my skins and go all the way up to my knees (strange to me). I just had my labs done and I am low in Biotin...I wonder if that would lead to these strange cramps...hmmm, all I know is it wasn't fun.

I have had cramps just like this when I first started swimming and they were painful. Not sure what the cause is but I still get them occasionally.

Almost sounds like some sort of shin splints to me. Mine used to do this horribly pre op when I tried to walk for exercise. So far post op not a problem. Good luck.
