Wow, all of you are doing great! No matter what the scale says or does not say and you know why? Because you all made it!!

You fought for this surgery and got it done and now you are all here able to post and not in pain and able to share this info. and experience with one another. That in and of itself is something wonderful. The weight coming off fast or slow is just a bonus now.

And I too noticed the slowing of weight loss right before and during my cycle but luckily enough I just finished it yesterday and hopped on my mom's scale and realized I had dropped a whopping 5 lbs. in 3 days. I was stunned, pleasantly so.

Total weight loss so far, 36 lbs and counting.

Wow, Amandazon! Excellent on the size 16. Talk about weight being carried different!! I weigh 239 (up 2 lbs) and can't get into a size 22 yet! Crazy and you at 259 can get into a 16. Shows how different we all are. My weight is depressing me. I went up 2 1/2 lbs and then lost 1/2 lb. I'm scared I won't lose any more but I know that's silly. I'm eating approx. 800 calories a day. All my protein. All my water. Walking most days. I'm not near my cycle. The only thing I can figure is that I started eating vegetables. Maybe the carbs. But that's scary! Does that mean that I will stop losing as much now? I know I'm being a baby. I know I hear that I will break through but it's scary! I know I need to just push through but it's difficult.
