All of my weight is coming off from the top down. I wish you could just select the areas where you want the weight to come off.

I stepped on the scale this am and was happy to see I was 186
WOW I am in shock. I have my sewing machine out to constantly
take my pants in at the waist. It is s nice change not having anything to
wear because I am getting smaller instead of larger I love that..

Down 3 lbs Since last monday, a big woot to that as I was very slow for two weeks, one REALLY SLOW lol.

I been sick with a nasty cough and my lungs are filled with gunk. I couch so hard sometimes I get so dizzy like I am gonna pass out for lack of Oxygen. Was on a trip yesterday out of town and it happened to me once on the drive there (I was driving ) and on the way back again, had to pull over and recover, my kids lifes are too precious to put at risk. I won't be doing any driving for a few I hope. I think been sick really has slowed down my loosing, I just don't feel well

However, am quite happy to have lost 3 lbs this week, I setting me a goal to loose five lbs by next Monday haha,, crossing my fingers

For now, the further I get from that 300 the happier I am.

Have a good loosing week everyone!!

Well I'm once again stuck but its only been a week. Not gonna worry that's for sure. When you are creeping up to goal it is REALLY a SLOW creep. Still 154 here. Something I did notice this morning though is that suddenly my pants are getting loose again. I'm sure some of that has to do with the little extra tuck my plastic surgeon did 2 weeks ago and the swelling going down in that area but I'm pleased. I was in a size 8-10 depending on the pants but now I seem to be pretty solidly in a 6-8.

Default Down 2 pounds this week

Weighed in at 196 this morning. I'm still averaging a loss of 2 lbs per week. I'm not complaining right now, though, since the last couple of 2 pound losses have been so significant -- first to get to onederland, and this time to move me out of the "obese" category and into "overweight". Woo hoo!

...Of course, that's not to say I wouldn't mind a faster rate of loss... LOL!

I weighed in at 245 today.. I am very annoyed because at this point in time, I should still be losing more than I am, at a better pace. I REALLY want to be in Onederland by Oct 11th.. I am doing everything I can to get there.. eating right, exercising, fluids in.. and the scale ::: barely ::: moves. I have decided I HATE the scale.

I know what you mean.. I'm 245 and still in 24-26... but then I'm not a lovely, tall woman like Amanda..

(I always wished to be at least four inches taller than I am.. I hate being short)...
