Default this week is 12 weeks....little update

I can't believe I am at 12 weeks. As of the other day, I am down 57 lbs. I started with the trainer and I workout with him 2 days a week and then do one at home. It is a good start as my legs feel like mashed potatoes - ummmm...i miss them! LOL

I am still struggling with pissy pouch episodes but have found some good protein sources so I am getting closer to my 80-90 g goal every day - currently around 50 g.

Here is a picture of me before and then the one with the pink shirt (from New York & CO - heck yeah!) and my daughter was taken today!

Thanks for the support on this board - I really appreciate all of your wisdom!

Wow, you look really good. 57 lbs? That is really great.

I am glad to hear about you getting in your protein. What are using for that by the way?

And Happy Mother's Day!!

sorry, I had marked the album private so only those of you who are my buddies or moderators saw it! LOL - I swear I'll get this board stuff right yet!

So far, the flavorless whey isolate is working great - 1 scoop is 17 g. of protein. I added it to cream of chicken cup a soup and did not taste or smell a thing. Also, found some south beach bars that are awesome and just got a bunch of stuff from susan maria's site that I am interested in trying.
