Default What Stage are you At?

Hi Waiting - what stage are you at, per your doctor? Still on smushies and pureed stuff? I know at 4 weeks I was adding regular foods back in such as chicken, fish, cheese, shrimp, etc. But our doctor had us doing that from 3 weeks on. If you've had the go-ahead from the doc and nut, you could try adding some of those. At that stage, I enjoyed soft chicken tacos - very small pieces of chicken with taco seasoning, cheese, lf sour cream, and a bite or two of tortilla. Hope this helps. Good luck to you!

Hi Amy, Yes per my doctor and nut I am still on soft smushie stuff, but I have cheated and tried a little seasoned chicken breast but I was just so scared I didn't eat but a bite or two, but it seems to have sat well with my body so maybe I'll start adding that a little more. Thanks for the advice.

Quaker Instant Weight-Control Oatmeal, with plain soy milk.
Still one of my favorites--
