Default 1 month follow up!

I went today for my one month follow-up. Lab work was all great! Doc is happy with me! I have had some problems with constipation. And also acid since I stopped my Protonix. I was hoping I wouldn't have the acid problem any more (have for years), but doc said it may not go away. He put me back on Protonix and told me to take Metemucil for the constipation. I get to add vegetables now! and ground turkey in a couple of weeks! On the way home I got myself a treat!! Nonfat frozen raspberry yogurt! Sugar free!! Made with nutrasweet. It was awesome! I have lost 31 lbs so far and am so happy I did this!

Hi! Congrats on the progress and your lab results. That's great. Keep up the good work! Oh and the constipation...I had such a hard time about 4-6 months post-op so glad that's over with. Drink lots of fluids that helps or you can also try the Smooth Move tea it helped me.
