Default One more for the bench...

Well, I'm ready for my seat! Surgery was on Tuesday, the 29th, got home on Thursday and just took it easy for a couple of days to figure out how to feed and water the new baby. We got a new computer over the weekend to replace the poor old thing that couldn't stay online so I'm running a bit behind in saying "I'm Back!".

Surgery went well, no complications. I'm moving a bit slow still but feeling better every day. Had my first post-op visit today and have already dropped 8 pounds so I'm very pleased.

I'm on pureed foods now and the pouch is still happy. I keep sipping but am working on getting more fluid and protein in, it'll be a learning experience.

For my 2 surgery day partners, 'thann and Marella, hope you are both doing well, look forward to hearing about your journey as well.

Thanks to everyone for all the help you provided prior to surgery, and keep the good info coming. First goal, break 350!

Thank goodness it is a big bench! Plenty of room for everyone! I'm glad to hear that things went so well! Get plenty of rest and keep us posted on your progress!!

Dang, this bench must be really long. Scoot over, cause I'm jumping on the bandwagon on Monday. Congrats!

Yay, Lynn! Glad you're doing well, too! Sounds like April 29 was a GOOD DAY!!!

Here's a cheerleader for you -- just posted one to our surgery date mate, Marella:
