Here's the big picture -- 70 lbs in 4 months is HUGE, and you are inching toward the right direction. Plateaus are totally normal and expected. If you look at it in terms of giving your body a chance to adjust, then it just makes sense -- all the while YOU doing everything you can.

Congratulations!! Great job!

Thanks Claire in the beginning I felt like I was in a race, always comparing myself to others weight loss. I have come to realize that this is my life and it should not be compared to others. An average of 2 -3lbs a week is something that I can be proud of. Slow and steady wins the race, right?

Dont worry girl I only lost 1 pound this week..... but its better than gaining a pound... I guess its my 6 week stall... guess I need to up my cardio...

me too, I weigh in on Mondays and am down only 2 from last week, but I am ok with that all things considered from this last week, and am lucky I lost at all.

I need to NOT read these posts because their frustrating as heck! i see some lost 10, 4, 2 and good ol' me lost nothing! You all are doing great

I personally just gave my scale to my mother because i'm in tears every day when i step on that useless scale and dont see it move
